Where it all began
Before homes, there was brick.
For years, brick manufacturing was a part of the family’s work and identity. It was a business built on patience, effort, and a deep understanding of the materials that shape every structure. Long before homes were planned or buildings were imagined, there was already a close relationship with the very first element of construction — the brick that forms the foundation.
That early connection to the building process would go on to shape the company’s future.
The engineer's vision
Where technical knowledge met ambition.
After Mr. Kishor Nimhan completed his engineering studies, he decided to step up with a broader vision with the next generation of the family.
Among the first engineers in Pashan, he brought technical understanding, ambition, and a desire to build beyond supply. While working alongside his father in the brick business, he supplied materials to some of Pune’s leading developers.
That experience offered more than business exposure — it offered perspective. It revealed how cities grow, how communities take shape, and how value is created when quality, design, and execution come together.
The decision to enter real estate, however, was not easy. It came at a time when many viewed the industry as too risky, too uncertain, and too difficult to enter. There was resistance, doubt, and strong opposition from those who felt the move was too bold.
Even so, the journey began — not alone, but with family beside him, including his younger brother Mr. Sangram Nimhan, whose involvement strengthened the enterprise and turned the ambition into a collective effort.
